The problems created by the current state of digital rights management is highlighted by lawsuits being filed against Youtube by aging artists, Prince and the Village People. Perhaps these old musos just don’t get the net yet, or perhaps they don’t understand that any publicity is good publicity. It seems crazy that they’re willing to spend millions on agents, TV advertising, and old-fashioned distribution models but cry like babies when someone sees them on the net without paying. Grow up kids.
