The must-haves of a responsive real estate web site

As smartphone usage increases, the importance of having a real estate site that’s built using responsive design increases. This infographic, from Real Estate Marketing Academy, shows 11 key elements for creating a mobile and tablet friendly site.

Note that I’m not talking about a separate mobile site. It’s the same site, but one that behaves differently depending on the device it’s being viewed on.
