Facebook, Salesforce.com collaborate – San Jose Mercury News: “Facebook and Salesforce.com unveiled a new collaboration Monday that seeks to harmonize two business aspects of the so-called ‘Web 2.0’ phenomenon: the proliferation of online social networking and the growth of on-demand business software via the Internet.”
