As a coach I help businesses understand how to turn Internet technologies into more sales, less expenses and greater profits. I don’t profess to have some magic secret. That brand of coaching can be found elsewhere. Rather I help clients identify the resources they need to get the job done efficiently.

During a one-on-one coaching sessions clients get to focus on what’s important. I ask questions – lots of them – encouraging people to think differently about processes and outcomes.
At each meeting we agree on actions and deadlines so you start achieving measurable results immediately. During the course of the following month I provide ongoing support via email and telephone.
I urge clients to measure their returns from any investment, and that includes my services. I only work with clients who demand outstanding performance and who know that an investment in coaching will be returned many, many times over.
