Perth needs rain. Now.

Even the bamboo on Jacob’s Ladder is dying. So are the yuccas. And the grass? Gone. It’s fast turning into a barren wilderness. But rain will change all that. Once again the yuccas will flower. The weeds and grass will grow and the bamboo will flourish. And only nature will decide when that will be.
